Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026

This policy explains what data BDOSKI handles and why. It covers the bdoski.com website, the BDOSKI application (your private workspace, "capsule") and the BDOSKI browser extension. The data controller is Andrii Lukianov, a registered sole trader (OSVC) in Prague, Czech Republic. Contact: andrii@bdoski.com.

1. The website

bdoski.com is a static page. We run no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which technically means your browser sends its IP address to Google to fetch them. Booking a demo happens on Calendly, under Calendly's own privacy policy.

2. Your capsule

When you use BDOSKI, your capsule stores the data you put into it and the data it produces for you: your profile and writing-style settings, contacts, imported LinkedIn archive files, conversation history, tasks, discovered market signals and generated drafts. Each customer's capsule runs with its own isolated database.

We use this data for exactly one purpose: operating your capsule. We do not sell it, do not share it between customers, and do not use it to train AI models. Access tokens are used to protect your capsule; keep yours confidential.

3. AI processing

Drafting and scoring features send relevant context from your capsule (for example, a signal text or a conversation excerpt) to Anthropic's Claude API for processing under commercial terms. BDOSKI is designed to ground its output in your real data and to say clearly when data is missing.

4. The browser extension

The optional BDOSKI extension runs in your own browser, on your own LinkedIn session:

5. Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Your card details go to Paddle, never to us; we receive confirmation of payment and the billing details needed for accounting. See Paddle's privacy policy.

6. Email and scheduling

We correspond via Google Workspace (andrii@bdoski.com) and schedule demos via Calendly. Emails you send us are kept as ordinary business correspondence.

7. Hosting and security

Capsules are hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in the EU. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Customer databases are isolated per capsule and backed up daily; backups rotate out over time.

8. Retention and deletion

Your capsule data is kept while your subscription is active. On termination, or at any time on request, we will export your data for you or delete it; deleted data also leaves backups as they rotate out.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to andrii@bdoski.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (UOOU).

10. Legal bases

We process data to perform our contract with you (operating the capsule, billing), for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, and with your consent where the law requires it.

11. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, active customers will be notified by email before the change takes effect.
